About Us
Focused Veterinary Imaging & Consulting, LLC was founded by Dr. Ken Waller following completion of his Diagnostic Imaging Residency and board-certification by the American College of Veterinary Radiology, with a simple mission: to make expert diagnostic imaging and continuing education accessible to general and emergency veterinary practices, especially those in underserved and rural areas.
After completing residency, a clear and pressing need emerged. Many clinics lacked affordable access to high-quality imaging and case consultation, limiting their ability to provide timely care or keep cases in-house. What began as ultrasound reporting for a single internist quickly evolved—without advertising—into a trusted network of referring practices. Our reputation was built on cost-effective mobile ultrasound, high-quality image interpretation across multiple modalities, personalized support, with a FOCUS on collaboration with our clients.

Mobile Ultrasound:

Our mobile ultrasound services bring advanced abdominal, cardiac, and specialty ultrasound directly to your practice—reducing patient stress, avoiding referral delays, and helping you manage cases from start to finish. Mobile imaging is especially impactful in rural and underserved areas where access to specialty services is limited.
Board Certified Interpretation
We provide expert interpretation of ultrasound, radiographs, CT, and MRI studies, performed by board-certified veterinary radiologists and cardiologists (for echocardiograms). When needed, internal medicine consultations are available as an affordable add-on. Our reports are timely, clear, clinically actionable, and cost-effective—designed to support confident decision-making without unnecessary jargon.
Rapid Turnaround, No Strings Attached
Most reports are delivered the same day. Echocardiogram reports are delivered within 48 hours. We work on a per-case basis—no contracts, no volume requirements—just reliable insight when you need it.
Collaborative Consultation
Need to talk through a case? Our radiologist is available for direct follow-up and diagnostic support. Whether you're clarifying imaging findings or discussing next steps, we’re here to help—just like having a radiologist down the hall.
For added support on complex cases, internal medicine consultations are also available as a convenient, low-cost add-on to assist with case management and treatment planning.
